Add us to your address book & trusted
senders list
With spam filters becoming increasingly aggressive in their interpretation of spam, we've had many users contact us with regards to not receiving their E-mails.
As a result, we've drawn up these guidelines to help you add us to your address book and trusted senders list. Most of our users use either Outlook, MSN Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail. If your service provider is not listed here, don't panic! The majority of E-mail clients work in just about the same way. Look specifically for phrases such as "add to trusted senders list" or "add to my address book".
NB: Don't forget, we send mails from different sources. Add both email@stminver.emv1.net and support@bingoresponse.com to your lists to ensure you receive all communication.
Click your provider/email client below to jump to the correct place:
MSN Live/Hotmail
1. Open the message/newsletter from us
2. In the header of the message, click first the "mark as safe" and then the "add contact" button.
3. To see the message as it should be displayed (by enabling images), press the "show content" button.
4. To add us to your address book prior to receiving an E-mail from us, simply add support@bingoresponse.com and email@stminver.emv1.net to your trusted sender and address books.
Yahoo! Mail
1. Open the message/newsletter from us
2. In the header of the message, click the "add" button like the one below.
3. Fill in the dialogue box with the information you wish to store.
4. If images are still blocked, enable them by clicking on the "show images" button as below.
5. To add us to your address book without receiving an E-mail from us, simply add support@bingoresponse.com and email@stminver.emv1.net to your trusted sender and contact list.
Gmail
1. Open the message/newsletter from us
2. Look for the green bar running horizontally above the newsletter, follow this to the far right of your screen until you see a little blue arrow as below.
3. Click the arrow, and a menu will appear. Select the "Add to contacts" menu item.
4. To enable your images, and view the newsletter as it should be displayed, click on the "display images below" button.
5. To add us to your address book prior to receiving an E-mail from us, simply add support@bingoresponse.com and email@stminver.emv1.net to your trusted sender and contact list.
AOL Mail

NB: Remember, if your mail client is not listed above, you should look for features within your E-mail that refer to "add to address book" and "add to trusted senders list" - enabling those features will allow you to receive our newsletters as you should.
